GRG Banking Equipment (HK) Co., Ltd. (GRG HK) announced the establishment of its separately owned German subsidiary, GRG Deutschland GmbH. The German office in Hamburg is located close to one of the biggest ports in Europe in which the ATMs and other products will arrive via sea cargo.
The subsidiary is the second one of GRG in Europe, after the first one in Lithuania. Adam Lee, General Manager of GRG HK, said the opening of GRG Deutschland GmbH will strengthen current relationships with the customers and partners and be present in a country with a considerable growth potential. “The German market is known for its high-standard requirement on product, technology and service quality. Technology innovation and quick response are the key why we can win over the trust of our German customers. We will continue providing reliable and innovative technology and service to create more successful co-operation with our local customers. The subsidiary also means GRG’s European has strategically made an important step.” Lee also said that the success of the German market is a great example to other countries and regions for increasing GRG’s brand recognition, and is strategically significant for GRG’s globalization development.

The local market entry was successfully done and now we will concentrate on the long-term development of this major brand in cash management.” said Hendrik Eckholt, General Manager of GRG Deutschland GmbH, who led the Video Teller Machine Project for the innovative flagship store branch of Commerzbank AG, Germany in 2013.
