The 9th Global Customer Exchange (GCE) was held in Guangzhou on September 16-18, 2014. Featuring the theme “Intelligence Drives Future Banking”, GCE 2014 demonstrated GRGBanking’s intelligent product portfolio and latest know-how of the industry, which are capable of driving customers' business to better transform to future banking models. Over 130 decision makers from more than 30 countries, from financial institutions, CIT companies, retailers, as well as some experts from retail banking and cash management areas attended the event.

In his welcome speech, Mark Yip, Managing Director of GRGBanking introduced GRG’s market performance in China in the past year, and indicated that the international market is very important in GRG’s ambition and strategies.

In the Workshop Section on September 17, Adam Lee, General Manager of GRGHK, presented his idea about future banking and pointed out 5 key factors of the future banks: efficiency, cost-effectiveness, customer engagement, optimization and security. Panel discussion on related technology, application and global case studies were then made by customers, partners and GRG representatives.
