PaninBank, one of the leading banks in Indonesia has signed a contract with GRGBanking to purchase 200 units of cash dispenser H22N Series, which are compatible with WIN 7 OS and EMV standards to provide more reliable and secure services to customers. Moreover, through deploying H22N Series, convenient access to a wide range of banking services and working efficiency improvement will be achieved.
With high capacity up to 12,000 notes and fast transaction speed at 7 notes per second, the H22N Series is able to meet the heavy transaction demand in Indonesian market. Based on over 20 year’s experiences in currency recognition and cash processing technology development in the industry, the reliable performance of H22N Series was proven in this project. Official from the bank pointed out that during the 6-month pilot, GRG’s machines were running well without any problem. And they were satisfied with GRG’s fast response to the technical support including network connection, full UAT, EJ customization, MasterCard EMV certification, etc.
The first batch 100 units of cash dispenser had been put online in March. In order to provide a better after-sales service, GRGBanking has established the representative office and technical team locally.
