Sep. 5th to 7th, 2011, the 6th GRG Global Customer Exchange is held in Science City, Guangzhou, China by GRGBanking. Customers and partners worldwide attended to discuss the most cutting-edge issues and learned about the latest technology, product and solution of GRGBanking. The company launched a brand new slogan "We Move Faster", along with a new company image video shown on the conference of the event. Most customers agree that the new slogan and the Cheetah image in the video give them a great impression.
The spirit of the slogan, “young, energetic, fast response”, as Managing Director Mark Yip said, can be seen and felt from GRG staffs. It also stands for “the culture and the competitive edge of GRG.”
Mr. Kerim Ar?can, Project Manager from Ziraat Bank, was impressed that GRG took only one month to produce ATM model with palm vein reader. The machine Ziraat Bank ordered is a totally customized version for the bank. “They never say ‘we cannot do this’”, says Mr. Ar?can, ‘sometimes they move faster than us!’ GRGBanking made a significant breakthrough in European market last year by winning the bid of US$35.49 million from Ziraat Bank - Turkey’s biggest bank and one of the world’s largest bank based on assets.
Thanks to the fast responsive speed to customer’s demand, the company witnesses the rocket increase on overseas revenue 591.90% up on annual basis, to US$ 41.96 million,
according to the company’s financial results for the first half of 2011 released on August 29.
Compared to the old slogan, “Beyond Your Expectation”, used since 2005 when GRGBanking started the overseas ATM business, the new slogan better reflects the company’s current status and future ambition.
As Managing Director Mark Yip said, although GRGBanking was not a famous company in global market when it started the ATM business, now it is a leading currency recognition and cash processing solutions provider, in a high speed to catch up with those top ones. Products and solutions of GRGBanking have been sold and applied in more than 60 countries and regions as well.
For the future, Dr. Eduardas Vaigauskas, General Manager of GRG, prospected the potential for the company, moving from ATM manufacturer to solution provider and from Asia-based company to globalized company, is still huge.Many customers are impressed by the Cheetah image shown in the new company image video.
