Ms. Linda Lu, the CEO of GRGBanking HK, as a moderator of panel discussion, concluded that many routine transactions can be handled by self-service devices or AI technology, allowing bank staff to focus on core banking services. Branches can also offer additional services like government services, making them more attractive and competitive.
