GRGBanking Supports Arbitas in Advancing Digital Public Services at Slovakia’s ZMOS Congress

At the 37th Congress of the Association of Municipalities of Slovakia (ZMOS), held at Incheba Expo Bratislava, GRGBanking’s strategic partner Arbitas showcased its Digital Client Center powered by GRGBanking’s self-service technologies. As one of Slovakia’s most influential municipal events, the Congress attracted broad attention from local governments and national authorities, reflecting the country’s growing commitment to digital public service transformation.
The Digital Client Center provides 24/7 access to a wide range of essential administrative and financial services—including tax payments, invoice scanning, permit applications, and cash transactions. Citizens can log in securely using their ID cards, while municipalities benefit from real-time reporting, automated fee tracking, and streamlined operations.
Vadim Bilousov, CEO of Arbitas, Shares Insights in Media Interview
According to Mr. Bilousov, CEO of Arbitas, the solution is already deployed in several Slovak cities and towns, where it is widely used for tax payments, administrative fees, cash deposits, and withdrawals. The system combines GRGBanking’s Smart Teller Machine (STM) with a sidecar cash module and Bulk Cash Recycler (P5500L) delivering a highly efficient and user-friendly experience in both urban and rural areas.
