Algeria Gulf Bank (AGB) launched its first self banking branch in the center of Algiers, capital of Algeria, on March, 2012.
The branch aims to offer users advantages such as flexibility, comfort, proximity, speed and especially the availability 24/7 with H38N, a full-function through-the-wall ATM from GRGBanking.
The concept is based on the idea of allowing customers to conduct all banking operations without the intervention of personal banking at the counter. Through ATMs, customers can make cash withdrawal, cash deposit, check deposit, balance inquiry, edition statement, checkbook control or bank card, without the help of bank teller.
H38N offers the widest range of options, including cash withdrawal, cash and cheque deposit, passbook update, A4 statement printing and other value-added services. With optional single note acceptor, H38N can be customized as a currency exchange machine. Bulk-note acceptance further strengthens its versatility and availability.
AGB’s objective is to become the leading bank for the banking center for innovation in banking products and services. The bank has been conducting since 2008 a new strategy for expanding its branch network throughout Algeria. Another self banking branch will soon come into service in Sidi Fredj, a coastal town in Algiers.
AGB also launched in February the service of drive-up banking, the first one in Algeria. The ATM allows customers to withdraw cash without leaving the car, with advantages like comfort, speed and security.
