The 7th GRG Global Customer Exchange was held in Guangzhou, on September 24th to 25th, 2012. The annual event aims at presenting a comprehensive update on industrial knowledge and technology around the world as well as enhancing relationship with GRG’s valuable partners and customers.
GCE 2012 features with the theme ”Global Experience, Local Wisdom”, providing a professional know-how exchange and valuable social network platform with industry leaders. Over 120 decision makers from financial institutions, CIT companies, retailers, as well as experts from retail banking and cash management areas had attended the event.
Solutions of retail cash collection, intelligent depository, sorting machine and video teller machine from GRG were showcased, and related panel discussion on regional cash recycling technology and application introduction and overseas cases study of retail solution were discussed on workshop section on September 24.
Guests were impressed by the Video Teller Machine (VTM), a self service customer touch point with remote teller assistance. This “Branch in a box” concept is to provide new experience of a standardized and humanity banking service at anytime, enable customer to reach remote expert consultant, video banking, and traditional card issuing and cash transaction at the finger tips.
Cash Recycling Machine H68NL and full function ATM H38NL were also surrounded by FIs guests. The company aims to use H68NL, combined with the Serial number tracking and intelligent cassette swapping solution to optimize branch management and service radiation for its bank customers.
For retail business of different scales, GRG introduced a full range of intelligent cash deposit machines. The P series cash collection masters is an effective cash collection solution that can perform fast and auto cash deposit with cash authentication.
Staffs from the company also present the compact, fast and easy-to-use cash sorting machine in GCE showcase. GRG CM400, the 4 stacker sorting machine is designed to free cash handling staffs from heavy workloads of tedious cash authentication, counting and sorting, and enables real-time cash tracking.
