For the first time ATMs with GRGBanking core technology were installed and run in Germany. From January 2013, Cash Management Innovation GmbH (CMI) have been using GRGBanking’s intelligent cash recycler module CRM9250 on its new product line MCT2000 to perform cash recycling functionality in German casinos. MCT2000 has successfully passed the European Central Bank certification which was performed by the Deutsche Bundesbank (Federal Bank of Germany). Based in Bottrop, Germany, CMI is an innovation leader within the casino industry sector in the German market.
The CRM9250 intelligent cash recycler module is designed to provide the highest reliability and speed in the market with a minimum in maintenance needs. It supports 64 denominations at one time with high validating speed and offers up to 4 recycling cassettes plus one multifunctional acceptance cassette. OCR technology enables to record and recognize the note serial numbers to make transactions more secure and to avoid any disputes. A modular design and an off-line diagnosis system make the maintenance easy.
Due to changes in the regulations for casino operators in Germany it was necessary to re-organize the cash management inside the casinos. CMI is proud that their solution will help casino operators to meet the legal requirements, to improve processes and to cut costs.
