February 27, 2013, organized by the China Copyright Protection Center, the 20th Anniversary of Implementation of Computer Software Copyright Registration System and Chinese Software Innovation Enterprise Award Ceremony was held in the opening ceremony of the 2013 CPCC Copyright Service Annual Meeting. According to CPCC, the election aimed to "encourage innovation, protect copyright and serve enterprises”. In the end of the election, Top 20 China Software Innovation Potential Awards and Top 20 China Software Innovation Awards were presented.
