18-24 November, GRGBanking participated in the event ”FI-Forum 2014” in Frankfurt am Main, Germany for the first time. The FI-Forum is an internal event of the Finanz Informatik (FI), the IT service provider of the German Savings Banks Finance Group.
Held every two years, it’s the 7th FI-Forum and participated by the professional and managerial level personnel of savings banks, state banks and alliance partners from all over Germany as well as other companies in the Savings Banks Finance Group. Over 10,000 visitors attended the 3-day event.
In the event, GRGBanking showcased its innovative solutions like the versatile cash dispenser H22N series, the intelligent cash recycling ATM H68N series and a new model of cash recycler with innovative design concept. Crowds of visitors showed great interests in the displayed products and most of them agreed that GRGBanking is a new alternative with great potentials for self-service automation in the German market.
Hendrik Eckholt, General Manager of GRGBanking’s German subsidiary GRG Deutschland GmbH, attended the event and said GRGBanking’s products “are able to improve the cash processing efficiency, move toward more customer-centric banking, as well as provide more value-added service to the customers”.
