With the rapid development of Internet, IoT, and Fintech, “Smart” and “Intelligence” has played a key role for customer experiences in the banks. Supported and cooperated with GRGBanking, China Zhongyuan Bank launched and implemented a customer-oriented platform to optimize transaction process and deliver more convenient and effective services for customer satisfactions.
To keep the consistency of online and offline transaction process, China Zhongyuan Bank integrated User Interface, Transaction, and Interaction of the seven different types of self-service terminals in the branches. This new platform realizes online monitoring management and carries on real-time monitoring on self-service terminals automatedly and intelligently for visualized branch operation.
To approach the customer expectation, GRGBanking evaluated and analyzed the complete process of banking transaction for self-service terminals and concluded the solution which is integrated online transaction with offline model for future operation.
After 8 months'bi-weekly agile iteration, this project has been launched and implemented in Zhongyuan Bank, which is integrated with transaction platforms of different-brand and different-model self-service terminals. The update, releases and management of hardware and software from various terminals are well supported, as well the back-end database is stored and analyzed through different system and platforms. Eventually, it builds up the main control platform of different brand self-service terminals for the bank.
